Shipping Charges

We offer both Free Shipping and Paid Shipping depending on the product, promotional offers, and delivery location. There is no minimum order value required to place an order.

Where Free Shipping is applicable, the shipping cost is borne by NEEMSTONE. However, if an order is returned, refused, cancelled after dispatch, or becomes undeliverable due to customer-related reasons, the applicable shipping and handling charges may be deducted from the refund amount in accordance with our Refund, Return & Replacement Policy.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible PIN codes and products.

To reduce fraudulent orders and improve delivery success, COD orders may undergo verification through:

  • Phone call verification
  • Other verification methods

NEEMSTONE reserves the right to cancel or convert any COD order if the verification process is unsuccessful or suspicious activity is detected.

Order Processing

  • Orders confirmed before our daily processing cut-off time are generally processed on the same or next business day.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Order Dispatch

Most verified orders are dispatched within 24–48 Business Hours, subject to:

  • Quality inspection

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timelines are:

  • 3–4 Business Days for most serviceable locations.

  • Failed deliveries

While we continuously monitor shipping performance, delivery schedules are ultimately dependent on courier operations and local service availability.
